- Spring water: in clear polyethylene or glass containers, not one-gallon plastic (PVC) containers which transfer chemicals into the water
- Filtered water: Brita, PUR, GE Smart Water, ...
Avoid
- Drink at room temperature, since ice-cold water can harm the stomach lining
- Tap water: has chlorine and possibly fluoride, which are toxic substances
- Distilled water: has the wrong pH, ionization, polarization and oxidation potentials
